The most efficient way to receive an answer to your technical support questions is to open up a trouble ticket. Login to the WEB11 Control Center and click the help icon chose "Trouble Tickets" and click on "New Ticket" WEB11 Technical Care strives to answer all questions within 6 hours. If there are serious problems that are impacting your business please send an email to noc@web11.com to receive emergency support.
The WEB11 Technical Care and Network Operations Center are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to answer trouble tickets.
Telephone Technical Care is available from 7AM to 10PM Pacific Standard Time on 7 days a week."
